We arrive well prepared. With the keys, the resident welcome pack, cleaning supplies, and a fixed checklist. For the move-in check, we are always on site 30 minutes early to inspect the home.

On arrival, we open the key safe. At move-in, we leave a key for the resident. At move-out, we collect the keys and secure the key safe to the door again.

We inspect the home and the inventory. Is anything damaged or missing? We record it. We give the resident a short explanation, walk through the home together, and answer any questions.

Everything is recorded digitally. For example, the condition of the home, any notes, or damage. You receive a clear report, so you can move straight on to repairs, cleaning, or the next resident.
