Wierden en Borgen faced a major challenge during a large-scale renovation and sustainability project. The Approach

As project consultant, Paula was responsible for arranging temporary housing for residents who had to leave their homes during the renovation. Previously, Wierden en Borgen managed this themselves—a process that consumed a lot of time and energy. “We sat down with KeyPro to go through everything. Together, we created schedules and identified where the bottlenecks were,” Paula explains.

What We Did: We managed the furnishing of multiple temporary homes, from furniture to key handover and resident coordination. Paula shares: “For us, it meant we could focus on other aspects of the project, while KeyPro took over the entire process of managing the temporary homes.”
Obstacles Overcome: One of the biggest challenges was the tight schedule, with several homes that had to be vacated at the same time. This was solved by responding quickly to changes. Paula: “Dennis and Joseph were incredibly helpful by being flexible and thinking along with us. Thanks to them, we managed to meet all deadlines and now have a process that runs smoothly.”
