Yes, we offer flexible furniture packages in our shop. You can easily add or exclude specific furniture for children, for example. This way, you receive a tailor-made interior, tailored to the residents’ needs. For specific furniture requirements for people with disabilities, please contact us directly.
Of course. We understand that project schedules can change. Please let us know in a timely manner if anything changes by emailing info@keypro.nl or calling us. We’ll quickly schedule a new delivery.
That’s no problem! If a project takes longer than expected, we can easily adjust the rental period. Simply send an email to info@keypro.nl with the changed dates and schedule a new return appointment.
As a tenant, you are obligated to report any damage, defects, or malfunctions to us. We will arrange for repairs or replacements within 48 hours of receiving a report, unless this cannot reasonably be expected of us. All associated costs (such as cleaning, repairs, and disposal) will be reimbursed by the tenant. Read more about this in our terms and conditions.
Delivery time depends on several factors. For example, are all products in stock, how many products need to be delivered, and where do they need to be delivered? Our webshop only displays products that we have in stock*. This ensures that your products will be available quickly. When products are in stock, we aim to deliver and install them within 2-5 business days.
* The stock displayed in the webshop may vary. We ship from two warehouses, so it’s possible that ordered products may not be available (immediately) from the warehouse where your order is shipped. In that case, we will do our utmost to offer an equivalent alternative.
We only deliver on working days (Monday to Friday) during office hours (from 8am to 6pm).
