Change and extend

Can the design be tailored to specific residents (families, elderly, disabled)?

Yes, we offer flexible furniture packages in our shop. You can easily add or exclude specific furniture for children, for example. This way, you receive a tailor-made interior, tailored to the residents’ needs. For specific furniture requirements for people with disabilities, please contact us directly.

Can we change the delivery date if the schedule changes?

Of course. We understand that project schedules can change. Please let us know in a timely manner if anything changes by emailing info@keypro.nl or calling us. We’ll quickly schedule a new delivery.

What if the furniture is needed longer than planned?

That’s no problem! If a project takes longer than expected, we can easily adjust the rental period. Simply send an email to info@keypro.nl with the changed dates and schedule a new return appointment.

What if damage occurs to furniture during the rental period?

As a tenant, you are obligated to report any damage, defects, or malfunctions to us. We will arrange for repairs or replacements within 48 hours of receiving a report, unless this cannot reasonably be expected of us. All associated costs (such as cleaning, repairs, and disposal) will be reimbursed by the tenant. Read more about this in our terms and conditions.

Delivery and returns

What is the delivery time for rental furniture?

Delivery time depends on several factors. For example, are all products in stock, how many products need to be delivered, and where do they need to be delivered? Our webshop only displays products that we have in stock*. This ensures that your products will be available quickly. When products are in stock, we aim to deliver and install them within 2-5 business days.

* The stock displayed in the webshop may vary. We ship from two warehouses, so it’s possible that ordered products may not be available (immediately) from the warehouse where your order is shipped. In that case, we will do our utmost to offer an equivalent alternative.

Do you also deliver on weekends or in the evenings?

We only deliver on working days (Monday to Friday) during office hours (from 8am to 6pm).

What are the conditions for deliveries and returns?

We apply the following conditions to our deliveries and returns:

  • Exemptions, permits, tolls, ferry and ferry services, parking fees, removal of traffic obstructions (such as posts and fences), and related work to arrange/organize these are not included;
  • Parking is permitted no more than 20 meters from the front door. If parking is required further than 20 meters, a surcharge will apply;
  • The traffic area in and around the delivery location must be sufficient to transport the goods without increasing the risk of damage. A minimum of 10 cm of free space must be available around each product;
  • Areas must be freely accessible without being obstructed by obstacles, people, or equipment;
  • If a wait exceeds 15 minutes, a surcharge will apply. A new delivery time may also need to be rescheduled, incurring additional delivery costs.
    If there is no elevator on site, products will be delivered up to the first floor. A surcharge applies for products from the second floor onwards.
  • If an elevator is available, it must be unobstructed so that goods can be transported continuously.
  • It is always the client’s responsibility to ensure that ordered products can be placed and installed in the correct location without obstruction. If goods do not fit and must be returned, and an alternative must be provided, the costs will be borne by the client.
