Yes. KeyPro can fully furnish a home or location. We provide not only the furniture, but also services such as flooring, window coverings, white goods, and additional extras. This means you do not have to coordinate with multiple suppliers and have one single point of contact for the complete furnishing project.
Yes. We tailor the furnishing to the residents and the way the home or location will be used. This may include families with children, elderly residents, or people with reduced mobility. We do not work with standard packages. Instead, we look at what is needed for each specific situation. We can adjust, add, or leave out furniture, such as a profiling bed or child-friendly furnishings.
Yes. KeyPro also provides internet and TV, flooring, and window coverings as part of the furnishing of homes and locations. For internet and TV, we work together with Ziggo. Our own fitters install the flooring and window coverings. This allows us to provide a complete furnishing solution with a neat finish.
The delivery time for our furniture depends on the location, the number of items needed, and current stock availability. In most cases, we can deliver and install within 2 to 5 working days after approval of the quotation. If a product is temporarily unavailable in the right warehouse, KeyPro will offer an equivalent alternative.
Yes. If the planning of a project changes, KeyPro can adjust the delivery date in consultation with you. We understand that handover dates and project schedules can shift. Please let us know about any changes as soon as possible, so we can arrange a new suitable delivery date.
No problem. KeyPro can extend the rental period if a project takes longer than expected. Please inform us of the updated schedule in time, so we can adjust the rental term and collection planning accordingly.
No. KeyPro carries out deliveries and installations on working days, from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We do not offer deliveries in the evenings or at weekends.
If damage occurs to rented furniture during the rental period, please report it to us immediately. With our ZKSW guarantee, we provide a suitable solution within 48 hours, such as repair, replacement, or another practical solution. Costs resulting from damage to rented furniture are the responsibility of the renter. More information can be found in our general terms and conditions.
For delivery and collection, the location must be easily accessible and clear to enter. KeyPro normally delivers up to the first floor if there is no lift available. Higher floors may involve additional charges. We also need to be able to park within 20 metres of the front door. Additional costs such as parking fees, permits, exemptions, or ferry crossings may also be charged. A full overview is available on our delivery conditions page.
Yes. KeyPro delivers and installs throughout the Netherlands. Thanks to our own stock, logistics, and installation teams, we can move quickly for temporary furnishing, furniture rental, and complete project furnishing at locations across the country.
