As one of the largest housing associations in Groningen, Nijestee regularly carries out renovation and sustainability projects. In the past, Nijestee furnished temporary guest homes with their own stock of furniture. This turned out to be inefficient and impractical. Managing the furniture took up a lot of space, and items were often missing, which caused delays in the process.
