At KeyPro, responsible business does not start with lengthy reports or grand promises. It’s about the small choices we make every day. In how we work with people, handle materials, and collaborate with our partners. We do it not because we must. We do it because we believe things can be different. And better.
No fuss. Real impact.
We deliberately choose local suppliers. This means shorter lines of communication, less transport, and genuine collaboration.
We know what we source. And from whom. No vague origins or hidden impact. Just open supply chains and fair agreements.
A safe workplace goes without saying for us. But we go further. Investing in enjoyment at work, personal growth, and the wellbeing of our team. Because it's our people who make KeyPro.
We plan our routes with care, reducing mileage and delivering faster.
Responsible business also means: thinking about the impact of everything you use. Not just what you deliver, but how it gets there, how it is made, and what happens to it afterwards.
At KeyPro, we make those choices every day. Sometimes big, often small. But always deliberate.
We choose materials that last longer, have less impact, and – where possible – already have a past. This includes:
FSC-certified wood and sustainable textiles
Refurbished appliances and reusable accessoires
Circular components from local waste streams (such as wood and plastic waste)
One example is our bedside table from the Koploper Project: made from recycled wood and plastic, locally produced, and finished by people distanced from the labour market.
Our logistics are designed with CO₂ awareness in mind. Here’s what that means:
Tailored route planning, to combine trips and avoid empty mileage
Het Nieuwe Rijden: our drivers are trained in fuel-efficient driving, reducing emissions and wear and tear
Use of electric vehicles for deliveries in urban areas
We also consciously choose to handle a large share of our deliveries with our own fleet. This way, we keep control over the supply chain, and can continuously optimise it.
