At the end of the rental period, we collect the furniture, inspect everything, and restore items to top condition.
That means cleaning, repairing where necessary, and preparing it for the next use.
For this, we charge a fixed fee per project.

A temporary setup may seem simple. You order the furniture, we deliver it, done.
In reality, every order is supported by a carefully designed process. From request to return, and everything in between.
We continuously work on improving and automating our processes. At the same time, we deliberately choose to remain personal. That extra phone call, a quick alignment, or thinking along outside the standard process, that’s what makes the difference for you as a client.
Sometimes that means additional work and extra steps behind the scenes. To make sure everything remains well-organized, safe, and sustainable, certain fixed contributions are part of that process.
On this page, we explain which types of costs you may encounter, and why.

For rental projects, you may encounter the following costs on the quotation and invoice, among others:
Administrative and implementation costs
For each furnishing project, we spend time selecting the right furniture, planning, coordinating, and documenting agreements.
This also includes coordinating delivery, changes, and progress.
That is why we charge a one-time fee per project or contract.
Final cleaning and refurbishing
For sales orders, especially when white goods and brown goods are also supplied, you may see the following costs:
Removal fee (white goods and brown goods)
We dismantle items where necessary, check what can still be reused, and dispose of what has truly reached the end of its life. Always in accordance with the applicable regulations. This takes time and care.
That is why we charge a fixed removal fee. This way, you can be sure everything is processed responsibly.
Environmental costs for waste separation
Every project generates waste. We separate it on site and deliver it to certified waste processors.
This requires additional handling and planning. The environmental costs are a fixed contribution to ensure this is organised sustainably and properly.
We believe it is important for costs to be clear. That is why we always state fixed costs clearly in the quotation.
