Important for a Smooth Setup

We do everything we can to ensure a seamless process, but for internet and TV we also rely on our provider, Ziggo.

That’s why we ask you to send us the full address and preferred start date at least two weeks before move-in. This way, we can make sure everything is connected and working on time.

A bit late? No worries. We’ll do everything we can to speed things up. In most cases, we’ll arrange a technician within one week — so the home goes online as soon as possible.
