Flexible Working, in a Way That Works for You

At KeyPro, we believe work works best when it fits you. That is why we look at what works together, depending on the role. Everything is open for discussion.

Number of hours per week: Full-time or part-time. We align this with you and the role.
How you structure your hours: Sometimes private life asks for flexibility. Think of school hours or other practical reasons. Where the role allows it, we move with you.
Workplace: Would you prefer to work from home a few days a week? We understand that too. Depending on your role, this is certainly possible.
Across the border: For certain roles, temporary remote work from abroad can also be discussed.
How your role takes shape: Many roles are still developing. That gives you the chance to specialize, choose your own focus and help shape the role further.
