Boekholt & Partners Real Estate is an agency focused on the private housing market in Groningen and Assen. Their challenge? Presenting vacant homes in an attractive way to potential buyers, so they could be sold quickly and successfully. KeyPro was brought in to take on this challenge with a complete styling solution and fast delivery.

The Challenge

Boekholt & Partners Real Estate was looking for a fast and reliable partner to style vacant properties. They had previously worked with another provider but ran into issues such as long waiting times and a slow workflow. They needed a flexible solution that could offer speed, quality, and an aesthetic finish.

    As soon as the rental period was over, we took care of disassembly and collected the furniture.

The Approach

The partnership began about four years ago. In the early stages, we provided fast and effective styling services, but according to Tom Fransen, co-owner of the real estate agency, something was missing: the “final touch” needed to make homes truly shine. We immediately responded by developing three new styling packages, including the involvement of a professional stylist to perfect the finishing details.
